TheForkUserAll night with our friends was excellent fun and tasty.We take chef suggestions and almost was everything perfect 👌 we still don’t understand why in Italy all good kitchen is served Chantelle cream with dessert? Please don’t take me wrong the dessert was looks good and delicious but….I definitely want to come back next year.

TheForkUserL’Essenza Bistrot is a very nice small restaurant in the historic district of Olbia with a sophisticated menu a la carte. If you are up to a full experience they propose interesting menu options for all the palates. We had a table inside because it was raining otherwise we would have certainly asked for an outside table. Mussels bombette to share and paccheri cacio e pepe with anchovies and lime are among my favorites. The price is reasonable and definitely in line with the quality of the food and service.

TheForkUserThe food was very much worth the price. The wine we paired our food with was perfect. My kids ate the steak it was very tasty. Everything was very well done and timed just right for us. We would go back here.

TheForkUserVery satisfying meal. Modern Bistro ambiance. I think it was the owner explaining the menü and recommending the wine. Meal was using local ingredients prepared with a twist. I like well prepared meals and this was satisfying. Fair pricing.
